TopFloor floor lasers are specially developed laser beamers for the projection of virtual, abrasion-resistant line markings on industrial floors, in warehouses or other buildings. The laser unit is mounted overheads on any Erco compatible power rail and draws a clearly visible, wide line of light on the floor. A TopFloor laser marks walkways, driveways, stop lines or danger areas safely, abrasion-resistant and permanently, even in very dusty and dirty environments. Different types of areas can be identified by different colors. Danger areas are simply shown in red, footpaths or driveways in green, while blue can be used for markings in buildings, museums or other attention areas.
The compact laser unit is mounted overheads on any Erco compatible power rail and beams a laser line up to 20 m long on the floor (depending on model). For longer distances and lines, several lasers are simply cascaded. Installation is quick and easy to do: clic on the projection unit, power it up, align it, done. Once the laser projector is in operation, no special service is required to ensure regular 24/7 operation. A full function is provided even at the lowest temperatures, as this has already been taken into account during development. Therefore temperature ranges from -30 ° C to + 45 ° C are covered. This differs slightly depending on the model. Please note the technical data of the respective version.
Depending on the installation and structure, TopFloor lasers are specified in laser class 1 or 2 and are therefore harmless to the eyes and skin. Of course, you will receive detailed instructions with detailed safety instructions for every TopFloor device.

LINE LENGTH
Depending on the particular use case, modules with different beam angles can be selected, which generates the length of the laser line. The larger the beam angle, the longer the line will be.
INFORMATION: The line length increases linearly as the distance increases. Therefore at 10m distance, the line length is also twice as long.
LASER SAFETY:
The top priority for the use of line lasers in a commercial setting is laser safety for workers/operators. However, ensuring safety does not generally pose a problem, and is not particularly costly to achieve. Laser safety is something we deal with every day, which also makes us the right ones to contact when it comes to the classification of laser equipment. According to the latest guidelines in EN 60825-1, line lasers are so-called "extended sources" and can be treated more simply than normal bundled sources for point lasers.
