The ILP 722 is the allround industrial laser projector solution for integrators with the need of low cast and high flexibility.
The ILP 722 is an extremely universal laser projection solution for machine integrators who rely on precision, speed, and flexibility. In spite of the low laser power, an ILP laser projector is able to project very high-contrast images on any projection surface or workpiece, even in bright ambient light conditions, which are easily visible to the operator/user while also not posing any safety risk. In direct comparison with similar products, the ILP 722 is a convincing choice with its fanless, passive cooling and classification up to protection class IP68. It therefore recommends itself as a reliable partner for all sectors of industry and for a whole range of applications. Any penetration of dust, dirt, or water is excluded. This reduces possible maintenance work to a minimum. Optical components are protected from dirt deposits and burn-in, which guarantees long service life.
Programming of the output is possible by the customer. This can be used to output everything from numbers, letters, symbols, self-created text, lines, and vectors, to images or drawings. The high speed of the projection unit allows a great deal of image contents to be displayed compared to other laser projectors, while maintaining a significantly increased image refresh rate. This makes it possible to display even large-scale content in a flicker-free image.

Modular design
Any maintenance work that may be necessary or the replacement of individual components is very easy. The well-thought-out modular design of the laser projector enables rapid and above all adjustment-free replacement of the laser source and the deflection unit. The individual components are guided by locating pins and can be replaced quickly and easily by personnel instructed on how to do so. This allows any production downtimes to be significantly reduced or even prevented entirely. Now cost-intensive maintenance agreements are a thing of the past.
Cascading for large surface areas
For very large surface areas or large image contents, automatic cascading of up to 4 projectors is possible. Software specially developed for this purpose distributes incoming content automatically across the whole surface area.
