Hybrid laser diode driver, NeoDrive series, with very wide source voltage range. Diode current up to 5A with analog modulation input. Very low generation of heat, due to dual stage hybrid regulation with digital pre stage, and secondary analog stage. Low ripple and stable output current.
A large number of LEDs on board show all operating conditions in real time.
A tolerant input voltage range allows the intergration to most applications. A high output voltage allows a controlled operation of serially connected laser diodes.
